Jack Rizzuto is an outspoken outsider. He is a civic activist, not afraid to ruffle the feathers of political
peacocks, never reluctant to say what he believes. He’s a business success, the kind who demands action
and results, and he will be a reformer in Baton Rouge.
Jack attended St. Angela Merici and De La Salle. He was a leader in CYO, served as president, and was
honored as Youth of the Year for his impressive efforts. And, even as a young boy, he began to dedicate
himself to business, working in and learning all about the family restaurant.
While studying business at Southeastern, Jack became more involved in real estate management. He also
helped guide the family food business. Today, he is the CEO of a 30-member company diversely positioned
in real estate and restaurant management.
Jack remains active in various civic groups and supports his neighborhood playground as a volunteer
coach. He left his mark on Carnival as the captain of an organization, and he is committed to protecting
the unique heritage of our area.
As the father of two children, he and his wife Elizabeth are concerned for the future of our state. And that’
s his motivating reason to run for State Representative. He sees a field of the politically entrenched and
party loyalists lining up, and he is prepared to shift the paradigm to a candidate who runs on a strong
platform demanding insurance reform, economic planning, and incentives to help small businesses and
corporations already here prosper.
Jack Rizzuto as our Representative will be a pacesetter, shaking up a system mired in bureaucracy. Jack
Rizzuto will be a leader who is not afraid to make bold reforms for a strong State of Louisiana.
At a time when there is so much political dissent, there’s a choice to take the politics out of public service.
Jack Rizzuto. State Representative.
